DAO

GameOn Forge will implement a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) to enable users and stakeholders to participate in governance decisions and vote on which projects are onboarded for incubation or the Launchpad. This will increase community involvement and function as a natural filter to ensure that only the best projects, with the most potential are selected.

To achieve this, we intend to employ a hybrid DAO structure. The architecture of this hybrid system will distribute voting in governance decisions between $GOF token holders, GameOn Forge NFT holders, and active GameOn Forge ecosystem participants, utilizing the XP 'Proof-Of-Play' system.

Proof-of-Play

Proof-of-Play integrates the XP system to calculate and distribute voting power based on a user's XP value.

Contributions=XP=Influence (or voting power)

This system enables active users and contributors, (in this case gamers, especially), who may not hold tokens or an NFT, to participate in important governance decisions by calculating voting power based on the value and contributions they've made to GameOn Forge. E.g. playing games, completing Missions, participating in game test events, providing feedback to developers, etc.

This integration allows for a balance in voting power, where the actual users, as stakeholders, rather than just token and asset holders, can influence and participate in governance decisions.
